Essential Functions

• Provide exceptional hospitality to guests and team members.
• Have a positive and pleasant attitude.
• Be present, engaged and helpful while working with the team and assisting our guests.
• Greet guests, answer questions and provide recommendations, suggestions or alternatives.
• Provide information to guests including menu descriptions, promotions and options.
• Accurately take orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Accept payments and ensuring all prices & quantities are accurate.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of all common areas; clean the service area and common areas frequently.
• Set up and break down the service area as prescribed.

Additional Responsibilities

• Be prepared to begin work at the scheduled time.
• Maintain uniform and personal grooming in compliance with appearance standards.
• Assist with the warm and efficient greeting guests when they arrive.
• High level of energy with an open mind and curious attitude.

 Accountabilities 

 The successful server will offer an unforgettable experience for our guests. You should be easygoing and pleasant to work with. Efficiency in the execution of assigned duties is key but equally important is the quality of work. Possess a service orientation where you are actively looking for ways to help others and improve the flow of the service operation. 

Job Specifications / Qualifications

• One (1) year experience in high volume restaurant required
• High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) preferred
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality essential
• Must be able to understand and convey verbal information to guests and coworkers
